I have tried to merge various partitions over the last few days prior to Win 10 install.
After trying to increase my C partition from 35GB to 40GB, it repeatedly just went straight to Win 7 on reboot. Then it suddenly did it on the fourth or fifth attempt.
When I tried to do the same with another drive (from 100GB to 120GB) it has never done it.
