If I boot the PC from the current image the harddisk schema is not detected. There is no harddisk ti see.
But I get three error messages in the log (translated from german to english):

I have an open ticket for the common problem of 'installation interrupted' but, despite doing what Acronis told me, that did not solve the problem.

I use latest DD12 and ATI2016 version.

I try make usb boot disk wit both program but I can make only linux version. No windows PE version. WHY?

I followed the instructions of the latest admin post to update to the Windows 10 compatible version (uninstall then reinstall latest update) and it won't accept my original DD 12 registration k

I've tried mulitple times to convert my windows 10 dynamic MBR drive to basic before combining its partitions & havent been having any luck.

My HP Envy17t-2100 3D CTO laptop normally displayed a message "Esc for startup options" shown at bottom-left of a blank screen just before Windows starts booting up.

Hi, in first of all, I have ordered Acronis, because of the extended support it was may inquiring for the Operational System I'm using.

How long is it suppose to take to merge a 400GB NTFS and a 600GB NTFS partition? They are located side by side on an a 2-TB external HD.

I try to install ADD 12 3270 on my Win 10 machine, and get the error "E0064003: The error was encountered while the installation."

Solution:

Unistalled Acronis and Installed Paragon-which identified and fixed my issues easily.

I will never support Acronis again.

Under windows 7 I had to use Acronis 2012 Boot disk program (VPE init) provided by tect support. I upgraded to Acronis Disk Director 12 BUT could NEVER make it work under windows 7.

Unable to install, ask for reboot, but reboot don't solve the problem.

Any ideas ?
