My laptop supports only 32 bit uefi without legacy bios. Does the bootable version of DD boot a 32 bit uefi too

Just purchased DD12 and now reading the sticky I find that it is totally unusable in my systems with OSS installed. Can anybody advise me why this is and what users of OSS are advised to do ???????
I installed DD12 on a Windows 7 Home Premium system with the intention of resizing the main drive to create a recovery partition. The partition creates and copies when setting it up, but when the system reboots when it commits, nothing has been done.
Hi, everyone,
After resizing of partitions failed one resized partition is marked as "Not Formatted". I tried to use Recovery from Disk Director bootable CD but to no avail. Are there any other options? Is Recovery in Disk Director the most suitable software for this? For example recovery is available in True Image, maybe it will help?
Thanks,
Viacheslav

Hi,
I am using ATI2016 (Build 5620) + ADD12 (Build 12.0.3223) + UR (11.5.39006).
If I create a bootable media with ATI (with all products ATI+DD+UR) and boot then from this
media and choose DD then I got the message that DD is a demo version. This is definitely wrong!
So I cannot use DD because this issue.
What can I do? Why it says that it is a demo version?
I have registered DD11Home with my serial number but it is not available for download.
I entered the s/n again and a message told me the product was already registered but it is still not available.
Any help from Acronis please?
Thanks
John
Hello all,
I need suggestions/ideas on how to get my result.
I have a disk that is divided in many partition, one of them is the bootable system partition, others are data partitions.
Now I want to move the bootable system partition on a different disk, making it bootable and preserving the signature to avoid windows reactivation.
I am getting the error message in Acronis Disk Director 12: - "Failed to obtain actual information about the disk sub system"
Details window:
Code: 9,764,873(0x950009)

Win7 Pro, DD11, two 250gb drives, 4gb ram, Dell Optiplex 750.
I want to resize my C: drive smaller
. Does DD11 move files that are above the size of the new partition? Same question for Copy? Thank you.
Does Disk Director 10 fully function correctly on Windows 10?

trying to resize volume to fix windows 10 install error, but volume won't resize. I get the following error, any ideas?
|ERROR: 0x0010C42C:0x0000|TEXT: Failed to obtain the required volume information.|LINE TAG: 391BA231793BC7B1|
The problem occurs at first after clone of a Win 7 double boot system on a notebook with 2 HDDs (second HDD only with 2 data partitions).
The 2d Win 7 starts correct, the first with lacking volumes of the first HDD and then with bluescreen after 2d start after clone with TI 2013 WD Edition.
Only with a freeware HDD Raw Copy clone is working.
This goes back some time. I have used DD10, then DD11 in the past with no issue. Some months ago I got DD12.
I presently have 3 partitions on my solid state 111.8 GB system drive.
New ssd drive has an efi system partition (fat 32) and a basic gpt partition that is ntfs and both say they are basic gpt unsupported.
I have a toshiba satellite with three Windows 7 systems. I am using OSS from Disk Director 11.
Dear community,
Disk director has trouble deleting certain partitions from windows 10... How ever 11.5acronis backup & recovery have no problen deleting the partitions.
I'm trying to clone my HDD to another identical HDD connected via a USB port. DD12 shows the HDD connected via USB as a "Foreign Dynamic Disk" with a dynamic MBR and unallocated
